Equipment is only as good as the operator — and in this course you’ll become that operator. From recorders and spirit boxes to EMF meters, thermal cameras, dowsing rods and analogue tape systems, you’ll master the tools of the trade through hands-on instruction, real-world case examples, and best-practice checklists. You’ll learn how to: set up gear to minimise contamination; calibrate instruments; recognise and filter out equipment artifacts; integrate audio, video, and environmental data; and make smart choices based on the quality of evidence needed.
